1926 Negro League Postseason

The 1926 NNL playoffs matched up the only two teams to have won an NNL pennant to that point in time, the first-half champion Kansas City Monarchs (KCM) and the second-half champion Chicago Chicago American Giants (CAG). The American Giants' 5-4 playoff win gave them the right to face off in the Negro World Series against the Atlantic City Bacharach Giants (ACY) of the Eastern Colored League. The best-of-nine series went the distance and then some with two ties leading to an 11-game series.
