Interracial Baseball Games: 1931

The 1931 offseason saw interracial games involving five white teams. An all-star team put together by Max Carey (ASC) played two games against the St. Louis Stars (SSN) and one game against the Kansas City Monarchs (KCM). A major-league all-star team organized by Earle Mack (MLS) played five games against the Hilldale Giants (HIL). An all-star team organized by Steve O'Neil (ASO) played the Homestead Grays (HOM) at least once. An all-star team in Baltimore (ASB) faced the Baltimore Black Sox (BLS) five times. And finally, Joe Pirrone's All Stars (PIR) played two games in California against the Philadelphia Royal Giants (PRG).
