Retrosheet's Organizational Structure

Retrosheet is a non-profit corporation, incorporated in the State of Delaware in 1994. In 2000, we received IRS approval as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Retrosheet is governed by a seven-member Board of Directors which meets (at least) once a year in June. As of our June 4, 2023 meeting, the membership of Retrosheet's Board of Directors is as follows:

Retrosheet has no paid staff. The work of compiling games, maintaining our website, et al. is done entirely by volunteers. Anyone interested in volunteering should contact Tom Thress (tthress-ATsign-retrosheet.org).
